ABOUT THE EVENT
We are thrilled to return to VRV3 Studios with an exclusive PHOTO & VIDEO SHOOT with the LED pole. LED poles are made of a polycarbonate material with a built in interactive light displays. The hi-tech pole create striking patterns and lighting effects. The images are stunning and out of this world! Click here to learn more!
The background will be black, with backlit fog to create texture and enhance colors. We highly encourage you to wear bright, reflective, and shiny material to get the best out of this unique lighting.
INVESTMENT
There are a range of photo & video packages to choose from. For the best value, share a session with a friend. This way you can alternate shooting, have more time for outfit changes, and relax in between takes.

YOUR SESSION

Each session include a private photography/video shoot and 30 minutes of warm-up time

We help you with posing, direction, and placements

We are adhering to a "LIMITED CONTACT" policy, so there will be no spotting provided. Please plan poses you feel safe and comfortable with. If you are share a session with a friend, they can spot you

There might be adjustments for optimal angle through physical contact. If you do not want such contact, let us know at the beginning of your session.

Help with outfit selections before and during your big day.

A session email will be sent 3-4 weeks before the shoot date with additional prep information.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Watermarked proofs of your session will emailed within 1 week for selections.

Final retouched images will be delivered within 4-5 weeks after proof selections.

Want more images? You can be purchase additional edits for $30/image or 4 for $100.
VIDEOGRAPHY

All your captured footage will be uploaded within 1 week for review/download.

You will be sent a questionnaire to help select your favorite clips.

1st Cut of your video will be delivered 4-5 weeks after you send us your music selection & completed the questionnaire.

Yah!!! Fill in the form below to reserve your spot with full payment and fees. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm scheduling and times. We do our best to accommodate your time preferences. Sessions are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
In the case you are unable to attend, your package is transferable up to the day before. There are no refunds but we are happy to keep hold your credit on file for future shoots.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Please stay home if you are not feeling well! We will keep your credit on file for the next shoot if you need to reschedule.

Proof of vaccination is required for all attendees.

If you qualify for exemption, please notify us ahead of time.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Masks must be worn at all times except when being photographed or drinking water (please do your hair and makeup before you arrive)

Only the people being filmed and the next appointment will be allowed inside. The filming space and waiting area will be completely separated.
